Mariah The Scientist Album Cover

-Overview
This project reimagines an album cover originally created in my Graphic Design II course. The goal was to refine the visual identity by improving typography, layout, and overall expression to better match the artist’s style.
-Challenge
The original design lacked hierarchy, strong type choices, and visual personality. I wanted to push myself outside my comfort zone and create something more playful, bold, and industry-ready.
-Approach
I explored new typography styles, experimented with color palettes, and restructured the layout for better balance and clarity. I also added realistic production elements like pricing and a barcode to enhance authenticity.
-Outcome
The final rebrand features an updated album cover, a cohesive T-shirt design, and plans for a CD disk mockup. The refreshed identity feels more expressive, polished, and aligned with the artist’s aesthetic.
